His survey was in depth and it made it easy to make a decision. I had a failing damp proof course. They installed a new one without causing any disruption and was efficient. The wall coating was Stormdry, a clear solution applied to the exterior wall. This has helped with insulating the property and eradicated all excess moisture. He came back a few months later got a follow up visit which I thought was a nice touch. I'd highly recommend.

Andrew came and investigated the problem free of charge, concluding that I needed better ventilation, rather than the far more expensive damp course I had expected. the new vent was fitted on the agreed date to A very high standard, and all mess was tidied on completion by an excellent electrician. I am delighted with the work, and the company will return in 6 to 8 weeks to take readings to prove the system is solving the problem. Would definitely recommend Andrew Gunningham of Devon and Cornwall Damp Solutions Ltd, and will post another review once proven to be effective, as I'm sure it will be.
